How to request deletion

Option 1 — Remove the app from your Facebook or Instagram account

On Facebook go to Settings & Privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites, find "KayJax Steel", then choose Remove. On Instagram go to Settings > Website Permissions > Apps and Websites and remove KayJax Steel. Facebook automatically notifies us and we delete the social data we hold for your account (messages, comments and lead form submissions) within 30 days.

Option 2 — Email us a deletion request

Send an email to info@kayjaxsteel.com from the address you used to contact us, with the subject "Data Deletion Request". Include the Facebook or Instagram profile name you messaged us from. We confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Option 3 — Call us

Call (863) 400-5529 during business hours and ask for a data deletion request. We will verify your identity and process the removal.

What we delete

•Facebook and Instagram direct messages exchanged with our Pages
•Comments you left on our Page posts
•Lead form (Lead Ad) submissions, including the name, email and phone number you provided
•Any CRM lead record created from those submissions

Records we are legally required to keep — such as signed contracts, invoices and completed order or payment records — are retained for the period required by law and by our accounting obligations. Everything else tied to your social profile is permanently removed.
